Privacy, in plain words
No accounts, no adverts, no tracking, no analytics, no cookies. This page loads nothing from anywhere else until you send a feedback code · and the only thing that is ever sent is what you chose to write.
The app has no way of sending anything anywhere. Your progress · topics practised, scores, streak, settings · is stored only in the app on your own device, and nothing leaves the phone unless you copy something out yourself.
A feedback code describes the question you are reporting: which topic, which tier, which variant, and the type of fault. It carries no name, no progress and nothing about your device.
There is one form on this page, and one only: the feedback code box. What reaches me is the code you typed and the plain-words summary shown on screen. That is the entire submission.
There is nowhere on this page to type anything else. No contact form, no comment box, no name, no address. Because there is no free-text field at all, this page has no way of receiving personal information, by accident or otherwise.
Feedback codes arrive through a Google Form and land in a spreadsheet that only I can open. Google handles the delivery on my behalf, and their servers may sit outside the UK. Emails do not go through any of that · they arrive in my inbox like any other email. I use what you send to fix faults in the app and to reply where a reply is wanted, and nothing else. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
A code on its own identifies a question, not a person. If you email me, then of course I have your address, and I keep it only for as long as the conversation needs.
Reports are kept while I work through them and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask me to delete anything you have sent, or ask for a copy of it, by writing to feedback@pouimaths.org. There is nothing to log into, and no account to close.
Poui Maths is made and run by Yohance Osborne in a personal capacity, and he is responsible for the information sent through this page. If you are under 18, ask a parent, guardian or teacher before emailing me · a feedback code needs no name and no address, so it can always be sent on its own.
