Help it improve
Under any practice question, Tier 4 question or warm-up card in the app there is a link reading Something looks off? · tap it, say what kind of fault it is, and the app makes a short TTF1 code. It works with the data off, and describes only the question, never you.
Type the code exactly as the app shows it. Dashes and small letters are fine · it checks itself as you type. The code is the whole report: it tells me exactly which question and what kind of fault.
Comments, requests, corrections, a question about using the app in your school · everything is read. There is no form here on purpose: an email goes straight to me, and nothing is collected by this page.
If the button does nothing · common on a school computer with no mail app set up · copy the address above into whatever you use for email.
Codes carry the question's coordinates only · no names, no progress, no device details. If the code box will not send on your connection, email the code instead. If there is more to say about it, say it in the email.
